Private Yoga Classes
A private class can be for one person or a group of friends or work colleagues, either at your home or work place. This includes Ante and Postnatal sessions. Private classes are especially beneficial when:
- A busy lifestyle makes attending regular yoga classes difficult
- You have specific goals you would like to achieve
- You are pregnant
- You would like to get into the habit of practicing yoga at home

Instructors
Ivan Nyaneshwara, a co-founder of Yoga [London] studio, is a Sivananda trained yoga teacher, recognised for his meditative and powerful approach to asanas and breathing techniques. Strongly influenced by the Sivananda tradition, he received his certification in Vrindavan, India, and continues an in-depth research into hatha and power yoga, yogic diet and effective meditation. In his workshops, he achieves the rare mix of a peaceful atmosphere with challenging asanas and deep pranayamas, much loved by yoga practitioners.
Emma Read is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and a unique practitioner with 17 years of personal practice, and 8 years of teaching experience. When she set out on her path she received careful instruction in B.K.S. Iyengar’s tradition. Since then she has lived in India, South Africa, Australia, Bahrain, Thailand and Brazil, discovering, practicing, and teaching yoga. As a result of her profound yoga way and everyday practice Emma has become an expert in the Hatha tradition. Her style is distinguished by a harmonious mix of static and dynamic asanas combined with careful attention to breathing and inner concentration.
Prem Sri Kaur Khalsa has an extensive experience as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, specialising in teaching to beginners the art of yoga meditation and relaxation. She has been training directly with Shiv Charan Singh in both Karam Kriya and Kundalini Yoga for the last 5 years in the UK and throughout Europe. Blessed with a gift for the written word she is currently editing a new book by Shiv Charan Singh.
Tatiana Kastalskaya is a certified Zhong Yuan Qigong teacher, who belongs to the lineage of Grand-Master Mingtang Xu and his Qigong School of Health and Longevity. Tatiana Practices Qigong from 2002 and is Grand-Master’s personal student. She successfully did Image Therapy Medical Qigong course in 2005 and also completed Zhong Yuan Qigong Advanced Training at the Shaolin Monastery, China, in 2009.
Svetlana Ivanova is a certified Sivananda trained teacher. She conciously started her spiritual path 9 years back, and in 2004 received initiation into Buddhism from Nubpa Rinpoche (aka Buddha Maittreya). From then on she began an in-depth research into yoga, ayurvedic massage, aromatherapy and energy healing (Reiki). Recently she also started to draw. Svetlana is currently studying at the American Vedic Institute of David Frowley.
